Baileys Salted Caramel Martini

Baileys Salted Caramel Martini

Ingredients

  • 3.5oz

    Baileys Salted Caramel Irish Cream

  • 2-4 tbsp

    Caramel sauce (add to taste)

  • 1.5oz

    Vodka

  • 3.5oz

    Cream

  • 2cups

    Ice

  • 1

    Sea salt flakes, dark or milk chocolate flakes, curls or cigarellos (garnish

  • 1dash

    Edible glitter and gold leaf (garnish)

Method

  • Preparation
    1. Spoon or pour the caramel sauce around the edges of two small coupe glasses, a little at a time. Take your time so it drips and drizzles (1-2tsp per glass).

    2. Apply gold leaf with a small, clean, dry paintbrush. 

    3. Add the Baileys salted caramel and the rest of the caramel to a cocktail shaker, along with the vodka, cream, and lots of ice.

    4. Shake well (make sure you’ve dissolved the caramel sauce), and strain into the glasses.

    5. Top with the chocolate and edible glitter.
