Baileys Salted Caramel Martini
Whether you're celebrating Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving, New Year's Eve or just because we're going to let you in on a little secret: the key to this frothy, festive martini is in the shake. Shake your heart out, shake again, pour, serve.

Baileys Salted Caramel Irish Cream
2-4 tbsp
Caramel sauce (add to taste)
1.5oz
Vodka
3.5oz
Cream

Ice

Sea salt flakes, dark or milk chocolate flakes, curls or cigarellos (garnish

Edible glitter and gold leaf (garnish)

Method
Preparation

Spoon or pour the caramel sauce around the edges of two small coupe glasses, a little at a time. Take your time so it drips and drizzles (1-2tsp per glass).

Apply gold leaf with a small, clean, dry paintbrush.

Add the Baileys salted caramel and the rest of the caramel to a cocktail shaker, along with the vodka, cream, and lots of ice.

Shake well (make sure you’ve dissolved the caramel sauce), and strain into the glasses.

Top with the chocolate and edible glitter.
