Green Sting
This drink combines Tanqueray No. TEN, with the herbaceousness of a french alpine liqueur, and the surprising green notes of a stinging nettle cordial.

Ingredients
1.5oz Tanqueray No. TEN
0.5oz French alpine liqueur
1oz Stinging Nettle Cordial**
method
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Shake hard with ice.
Double strain into a chilled, stemmed cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
**Stinging Nettle Cordial:
200 g Fresh Nettle or 50g Dried Nettle
500 g Hot Water
500 g Sugar
10 g Citric Acid
5 g Malic Acid
2 g Tartaric Acid
Combine Nettle and hot water.
Steep for 15 minutes.
Fine strain through a chinois to remove solids.
Add sugar and acids and whisk until fully incorporated.
Store in a clean glass container under refrigeration for up to three (3) weeks.
