Method
Preparation
- Line a Collins glass with Cucumber slices and Cubed ice.
- Shake all ingredients with ice.
- Strain in the ice-filled Collins glass.
- Bruise Lemongrass Stalk and stir the drink with it.
- Garnish with Cucumber slices and Ginger Coin.
