Method
Preparation
- In a Highball glass, add Lime chunks and Sugar syrup.
- Muddle together to extract the juice and opals from the lime.
- Fill the glass three-quarters of the way with crushed ice and add the Rum.
- Use the bar spoon to churn everything together, moving the Lime chunks around the drink.
- Add a cap of crushed ice, and a splash of Soda Water.
