Couch Espresso Martini
A deep and sumptuous twist on the classic with dark chocolate liqueur and Italian Amaro for added richness.

Tonka Cold Brew

Method
METHOD
- Add all ingredients into a shaker with lots of ice, then fast hard shake.
- Double strain the first part into a small tin.
- Add the rest into your chilled coupe glass.
- Top with your small tin cocktail for more foam (You can also dry shake without ice additionally for a foamier top if needed).
*500g Caster Sugar + 500g Boiling Water. Stir to dissolve. Allow to cool. Bottle and refrigerate.
Alcoholic content: 15.09g per serve.
