Chilies (green, red and dry chilies)

Prekese and thyme tea

3 Chillies Syrup recipe
- Add all three chillies (green, red and dry) in a saucepan.
- Add same part sugar.
- Add same part water.
- Once boiling, remove it from the stove and let it cool.
- Bottle the mixture.
Prekese Tea
- Cut prekese and rosemary sprigs into sections.
- Add the pieces to boiling water and let it steep.
Cocktail preparation
- Add all the ingredients into a shaker.
- Add the ice and shake.
- Double Strain it and pour it into a coupe
- Garnish it with some chili flakes and a chilli pepper.
