Vesper Martini

The Vesper was invented by Ian Fleming in the first James Bond novel, Casino Royale. It's a variation of the martini, and was named after Vesper Lynd, the novel's female lead.

    Lillet Blanc

Method

  • Preparation
    1. Shake all ingredients over Ice.
    2. Fine strain into a chilled Coupe Glass.
    3. Garnish with a long strip of Lemon Zest.
