Preparation
- Muddle the Cucumber in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add the rest of the ingredients except the Ginger Beer and shake with ice.
- Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass.
- Top with Ginger Beer.
- Garnish with a Cucumber slice.
