A Year‘s Harvest
An aperitif style spin on a French 75, which highlights the citrus heart of Tanqueray No. TEN, including notes of grapefruit, orange and chamomile and has a bright acidity.

Method
Method
- In a shaker tin, combine all ingredients (except for the sparkling wine) with ice and shake hard.
- Pour approximately 2 oz of sparkling wine into a coupe glass, then fine strain the remaining cocktail from the tin over the sparkling wine.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
*Cranberry Syrup
- In a saucepan, add 1 cup of cranberries and 1 cup of water and boil until the cranberries all lose their form and become mushy solids.
- Strain out the cranberry water and discard all solids.
- Using a scale, add an equal amount of white sugar to your cranberry water and return back into your saucepan.
- Add 1 cinnamon stick, 10 whole cloves, 1 star anise, 2 orange peels and 1 lemon peel.
- Heat on medium heat until all sugar has dissolved.
- Remove from heat, and allow to cool for 20 minutes.
- Strain out all spices from the syrup and store the syrup in a tempered vessel.
