Cantarito
A classic Jalisco tequila cocktail with refreshing orange, lemon, and lime, served in a traditional clay cup called a jarrito de barro.

Fresh lime juice

Fresh grapefruit juice

Method
METHOD
- Prepare a clay cantarito cup by soaking in cold water for about 10 minutes.
- Add the tequila, fruit juices, and some salt into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into chilled cantarito cup (or a Collins glass) over fresh ice.
- Top with grapefruit soda and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
