Method

  • Preparation
    1. To make the Soda Water, combine Jasmine Tea and Elderflower Cordial.
    2. Charge with carbon monoxide and chill on ice.
    3. Create a horse's neck garnish using an entire zest of Lemon and put it into a glass.
    4. Fill a Highball glass with ice, add Ketel One Citroen and top up with Homemade Soda.
    5. Garnish with a Lemon twist.
