This twist on a contemporary classic adapts rye-forward flavors of the original Cobble Hill recipe from Milk and Honey in NYC, into a longer and lighter version by switching out the rye in favor of Johnnie Walker Red Label’s zesty notes.

Method
- Muddle the cucumber, add all other ingredients except for soda and give it a vigorous shake.
- Fill a tall glass with ice and add 3.25 oz soda.
- Fine strain over the ice and soda (this will incorporate it nicely rather than having a cocktail with a bunch of soda floating on top).
- Garnish with a cucumber slice.
