FROZEN UBE HIGHBALL

Ube’s vanilla, nutty, and tropical flavors play beautifully with the notes of stone fruit, salinity, and signature smoke as found in Johnnie Walker.

    Johnnie Walker Black Label

  • 3oz

    Soda water

  • 1

    Ube, eucalyptus and coconut water ice cubes*

  • 1

    Lemon coin (Garnish)

Method

  • METHOD
    • Add ube, eucalyptus and coconut water ice cubes, to a Collins glass.  
    • Add Johnnie Walker Black Label. 
    • Top with soda water. 
    • Gently lift ice up and down with a bar spoon to incorporate. 

    *Ube and coconut water ice cubes:

    • To a clean container, add the fine strained coconut water, ube extract, eucalyptus essential oil, and a light sprinkle of edible glitter.  
    • Stir to incorporate, then pour into an ice cube tray.  
    • Allow it to infuse in the freezer.
