Method
METHOD
- Add all ingredients together and pass through a coffee filter.
- Once filtered, bottle and refrigerate.
*Caramelized Apple Koji Syrup- 40 oz Rice Malt Syrup
- 40 oz Apple Cider
- 20 oz Koji Shio
- Combine all ingredients and stir until rice malt syrup has dissolved.
- Add to a vacuum bag and refrigerate for future use.
