Ingredients

  • 1.25oz

    Johnnie Walker Black Label Whisky

  • 0.25oz

    Apple Brandy

  • 0.75oz

    Caramelized Apple Koji Syrup*

  • 0.75oz

    Apple Juice

  • 0.1oz

    Vanilla 2:1

  • 1dash

    Apple Cider Vinegar

Method

  • METHOD
    1. Add all ingredients together and pass through a coffee filter.
    2. Once filtered, bottle and refrigerate.


    *Caramelized Apple Koji Syrup

    • 40 oz Rice Malt Syrup  
    • 40 oz Apple Cider  
    • 20 oz Koji Shio  
    1. Combine all ingredients and stir until rice malt syrup has dissolved.
    2. Add to a vacuum bag and refrigerate for future use.
