Madam Eliza
A deliciously mellow, earthy, and aromatic cocktail with zesty bitterness and a delightful texture. Named for the mother of Marmalade, Eliza Chalmondeley, the Madame Eliza combines Seedlip Spice 94 with an aromatic black pepper tincture, zesty fresh lemon, and a generous helping of quality Seville orange marmalade. Delivered straight up and finished with a sprig of fresh dill.

Method
Method
- Add Seedlip, Marmalade, lemon juice, black pepper tincture, and dill to a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and shackle vigorously until well chilled.
- Fine strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a sprig of dill.
*To make the black pepper tincture, simply crush 5 black peppercorns and add them to 50ml of vodka. Leave them to steep for a few days at room temperature and fine strain into a pipette.
