    Fresh Grapefruit Juice

    Fresh Lime Juice

    Sugar Syrup

    Soda Water

Method

  • Preparation
    1. Rim a Highball glass with salt and set aside.
    2. Add the first four ingredients to an ice-filled Mixing glass.
    3. Stir to mix, chill and dilute.
    4. Strain into the Salt-rimmed Highball glass over Cubed ice.
    5. Top up with Soda Water.
    6. Garnish with a Lime wheel.
