    Captain Morgan White Rum

  • 0.25oz

    Sugar Cane Liqueur

  • 0.75oz

    Pineapple Juice

    Fresh Mint Leaves

  • 0.5oz

    Lime Juice

  • 1.75oz

    Ginger Beer

    Pineapple Wedge (Garnish)

    Mint Sprig (Garnish)

Method

  • Preparation
    1. Shake all the ingredients except the Ginger Beer with ice.
    2. Strain into an ice-filled Highball glass.
    3. Top up with Ginger Beer.
    4. Garnish with a Pineapple and Mint Sprig.
