The Singapore Sling was created by Ngiam Tong Boon, a bartender at the Raffles Hotel in Singapore, in 1915. It was originally designed to appeal to British colonial visitors.

METHOD
- Shake all ingredients except for the soda and the bitter over ice.
- Strain into an iced Highball glass.
- Top with a splash of soda and one dash of Cocktail Bitters.
- Garnish with a Maraschino Cherry and an Orange Wedge.
