The Cazuela

Cazuela is the cocktail you must try if you want to drink tequila in Jalisco! This is the most rustic cocktail I have ever tasted. The ingredients have to be prepared in the moment using just your hands. It’s super refreshing and contains lots of Vitamin C. The Cazuela container is also very popular in Jalisco - it is made of clay and keeps the cocktail nice and fresh in a natural way.
