Preparation
- In a Mixing glass, muddle Cucumber, Lemon wedges and Honey Syrup.
- Add Bulliet Bourbon and ice and stir vigorously.
- Strain into an ice-filled Rocks glass.
- Top with Club Soda.
- Garnish with a Cucumber wheel and Lemon wedge.
