This fiery flambé is fantastic! Captain Morgan White Rum chilled with ButterScotch Schnapps, Pineapple Juice and Habanero Lime Syrup that's served with a chili spice rim - it's fire and spice and everything nice!

Method
Preparation
- Dip the rim of a Martini glass in Syrup.
- Dip the sugar-rim the glass in the Chili Salt to line it.
- Shake all ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into the Martini glass.
- Garnish with a Pineapple wedge.
