    Oloroso Sherry

Method

  • Preparation
    1. Shake all the liquid ingredients, except for the Champagne, with ice.
    2. Fine strain into a Champagne flute.
    3. Top with Champagne.
    4. Garnish with an spray of Lemon zest and then discard afterwards.
