    Tanqueray London Dry Gin

  • 0.75oz

    Lime Juice

  • 0.5oz

    Sugar Syrup

  • 2oz

    Soda Water

  • 8

    Mint Leaves

    Mint Sprig (Garnish)

Method

  • Preparation
    1. Muddle Lime wedges with Sugar Syrup in the Highball glass.
    2. Add the Tanqueray and fill glass with crushed ice.
    3. Churn with a Bar Spoon.
    4. Add more crushed ice, if required.
    5. Top with Soda Water.
    6. Garnish with a Mint Sprig.
