Method
Preparation
- Heat Honey, Lemon Juice, Water and Spices in a pot.
- Bring to a boil and let simmer for ten minutes.
- Add 30ml of Talisker into mugs, and strain in the mixture.
- Garnish with Bay Leaves, Cinnamon Stick and Star Anise.
