Batched Paloma
A big batch recipe for one of Mexico’s big favourite serves. This batched paloma with Don Julio Blanco is perfect for those busy shifts. Recipe makes 1L (5 x serves).

30ml
Agave Nectar
50ml
Lime juice
700ml
Sparkling water
125ml
Grapefruit juice
125ml
Don Julio Blanco
3tsp
Sea salt
0 units of alcohol per serve

Method
METHOD
- Add the water, agave nectar, grapefruit juice and lime juice to a mixing bottle or bowl
- Chill for 1 hour and stir in tequila and salt
- Serve over ice and garnish with lime wedge
- Add 200ml of Paloma pre-mix to a tall glass filled with ice
- Garnish with a wedge of lime and serve
Alcohol content: 15.8 g per serve.
