Bistek

A savoury sensation, the Bistek is inspired by Filipino cuisines and combines garlic oil Ketel One Vodka, sake, soy and rice, garnished with pickled onion.

  • 50ml

    Garlic Oil Ketel One Vodka*

  • 30ml

    Nigori Sake

  • 2

    Dashes of calamansi

  • 4

    Dashes of soy sauce

  • 5

    Drops of rice vinegar

  • 3

    Pickled onions for garnish

Method

  • METHOD
    1. Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass.
    2. Add ice and stir.
    3. Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.
    4. Garnish with 3 pickled onions on a skewer.

    *Garlic Oil Ketel One Vodka:

    1. Combine 60 ml Garlic infused Olive Oil and 750 ml of vodka in a jar.
    2. Agitate periodically for 30 mins.
    3. Freeze until oil becomes solid.
    4. Separate oil solids from vodka and bottle.

    Alcohol content: 19g per serve.
