Method
Preparation
- Measure Whisky in a Jigger and pour into one Mug, and water into the other with the sugar.
- Ignite the Whisky and mix the two Mugs by rolling back and forth 5-6 times.
- Pour into a Heatproof Mug.
- Garnish with a Lemon Twist.

The Blue Blazer is a traditional cocktail that has been around since the early 1800s. One of the first American bartenders, Jerry Thomas, is credited with creating it.
