Method

  • METHOD
    1. Start by melting butter which is our fat, on low flame.
    2. Add the fat to the liquor in a wide-mouth container, close it, and shake the container.
    3. Infuse it overnight and just poke a hole in the fat puck.
    4. Pour the clear, flavoured liquor through a coffee filter and bottle it.

    This mix can be used to make a fantastic Old Fashioned and Boulevardier.
