Cîroc Cucumber & Mint Cooler

Fresh and green - a great way to enjoy the delicious Grape notes in Ciroc.

CUCUMBER & MINT CUP

Ingredients

  • 50ml

    Ciroc

  • 2

    Inches of Cucumber

  • 6

    Mint Leaves

  • 25ml

    Lemon Juice

  • 25ml

    Elderflower Cordial

  • 2

    Cucumber Slices and a Mint Sprig (Garnish)

  • 50ml

    Soda Water

Method

  • Preparation
    1. Add the Mint and Cucumber to a shaker and muddle.
    2. Add the Ciroc, Elderflower Cordial and Lemon.
      Fill with Ice and shake.
    3. Fill with Ice and shake.
    4. Strain into a Highball Glass full with Crushed Ice.
    5. Top with Soda Water and Cap with more Crushed Ice.
    6. Garnish with Cucumber Slices and a Mint Sprig.
