METHOD
- Add ube, eucalyptus and coconut water ice cubes, to a Collins glass.
- Add Johnnie Walker Black Label.
- Top with soda water.
- Gently lift ice up and down with a bar spoon to incorporate.
*Ube and coconut water ice cubes:
- To a clean container, add the fine strained coconut water, ube extract, eucalyptus essential oil, and a light sprinkle of edible glitter.
- Stir to incorporate, then pour into an ice cube tray.
- Allow it to infuse in the freezer.
