Method
- Add the tea-infused vermouth to your glass.
- Combine this with a dash of orange bitters.
- Top up with gin.
*Tea Infused Vermouth
- Let 4-5g of lychee rose tea (or any fruit-flavoured tea) steep in 500ml of dry vermouth for 15 minutes room temperature.
- Strain tea.
