Oracle

The Oracle is a blend of vibrant Yellow Chartreuse and the pineapple aroma of soursop, all brought together by Gordon’s Gin and a touch of fizz.

Oracle Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 45ml

    Gordon’s Gin

  • 30ml

    Maxixe, Yerba mate and graviola cordial*

  • 5ml

    Yellow Chartreuse

  • 3

    Orange bitter dashes

  • 2

    Lime leaf for garnish

  • 60ml

    Sparkling wine

Method

  • METHOD
    1. In the mixing glass, add ice, Gordon's, soursop and maxixe cordial, yerba mate, orange bitters, and yellow Chartreuse.
    2. Stir for 10 seconds for controlled dilution and temperature reduction and serve in a Collins glass with ice using a strainer.
    3. Finish with the sparkling wine and Sicilian lemon leaf.

    *Soursop & Maxixe Syrup

    Ingredients:

    • 1 litre concentrated soursop juice
    • 300 g of sliced maxixe
    • 200 ml water
    • 500 g sugar
    • 8 g citric acid
    • 6 g malic acid

    Method:

    1. Combine all the ingredients and place them in a vacuum bag, removing as much air as possible;
    2. Place in a thermal circulator for 40 minutes at 40 degrees Celsius / 104 Fahrenheit;
    3. Let it cool and strain everything through a fine sieve.

    Alcohol content: 20g per serve.
