Pan Pine Tommy’s
A tropical take on Tommy's Margarita, the Pan Pine Tommy's mixes pandan-infused tequila, pineapple juice, lime, and agave for a sweet, aromatic cocktail.

Pandan infused Don Julio Blanco*
30ml
Pineapple juice
20ml
Lime juice
15ml
Agave syrup

Method
METHOD
- Add all of the ingredients to a Boston shaker.
- Shake vigorously and strain into a double Old- Fashioned glass filled with cubed ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice.
Alcohol content: Approx 1.7 STD Drinks
*Pandan infused Tequila
- 700 ml Don Julio Blanco
- 5 Pandan leaves
- Finely chop the pandan leaves
- Combine with the Tequila in an airtight container and leave to infuse overnight
- Strain the infused Tequila back into the bottle
