Pan Pine Tommy’s

A tropical take on Tommy's Margarita, the Pan Pine Tommy's mixes pandan-infused tequila, pineapple juice, lime, and agave for a sweet, aromatic cocktail.

Pan Pine Tommy’s recipe

Ingredients

  • 60ml

    Pandan infused Don Julio Blanco*

  • 30ml

    Pineapple juice

  • 20ml

    Lime juice

  • 15ml

    Agave syrup

0 units of alcohol per serve

    Boston shaker

  • 1

    Old-Fashioned glass

  • 1

    Cubed ice

Method

  • METHOD
    1. Add all of the ingredients to a Boston shaker. 
    2. Shake vigorously and strain into a double Old- Fashioned glass filled with cubed ice.  
    3. Garnish with a pineapple slice. 

    Alcohol content: Approx 1.7 STD Drinks 

     

    *Pandan infused Tequila 

    • 700 ml Don Julio Blanco 
    • 5 Pandan leaves 
    1. Finely chop the pandan leaves 
    2. Combine with the Tequila in an airtight container and leave to infuse overnight 
    3. Strain the infused Tequila back into the bottle
