This fiery flambͩ is fantastic! Captain Morgan White Rum chilled with Butterscotch Schnapps, Pineapple Juice and Habanero Lime Syrup that's served with a chilli spice rim - it's fire and spice and everything nice!

Preparation
- Dip the rim of a Martini Glass in Syrup.
- Dip the sugar-rim the glass in the Chilli Salt to line it.
- Shake all ingredients with Ice.
- Fine strain into the Martini Glass.
- Garnish with a Pineapple Wedge.
