Interesting facts
Espresso Martini is one of the most popular cocktails in the world. It is often referred to as a "coffee cocktail" or a "vodka coffee".
History of the drink
The Espresso Martini was created in the 1983 by bartender Dick Bradsell. He worked at the Soho Brasserie in London and was asked to make a drink for a fasion model who said she wanted something that would "wake me up, and then f*ck me up". Bradsell came up with a mix of vodka, coffee liqueur, and espresso, and the Espresso Martini was born. The drink quickly gained popularity and has been a staple of cocktail menus ever since.
