Rose & Rhubarb Garden Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 50ml

    Gordon’s Gin

  • 20ml

    Rose and rhubarb syrup

  • 25ml

    Freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 5

    Drops of oak bark tincture

Method

  • METHOD
    1. Combine all the ingredients in a small metal shaker tin.
    2. Fill with ice cubes until the top and close the shaker. Hard shake for 10 seconds until the shaker is frozen.
    3. Double strain into a Nick and Nora.
    4. Garnish with a vine sorrel leaf.

    Alcohol content: 14.8 g per serve.
