Ruby Sour

A bright and fruity twist on a Whisky Sour with raspberry and honeyed sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 60ml

    Johnnie Walker Black Ruby

  • 30ml

    Fresh lemon juice

  • 10ml

    Honey water (2:1)

  • 30ml

    Fresh egg white

  • 10ml

    Raspberry syrup

  • 1

    Skewered raspberry (garnish)

  • 1

    Mint leaf (garnish)

Method

  • Method
    1. Add all of the ingredients to a shaker.
    2. Dry shake first for 8 seconds without ice.
    3. Then add cubed ice and hard shake for 8-10 seconds before double straining into a coupette glass.  
    4. Garnish with a skewered raspberry and a mint leaf.
