Sherried Dandy Sour

Ingredients

  • 30ml

    Johnnie Walker Black Label

  • 20ml

    Oloroso Sherry (or other dry sherry)

  • 15ml

    Lemon Juice

  • 20ml

    Sugar Syrup

  • 15ml

    Egg White

  • 1

    Sprinkle of nutmeg to garnish

Method

  • Method
    1. Shake all ingredients for 15-20 seconds. 
    2. Strain into a rocks glass over cubed ice and lemon wedge
    3. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
