    Dry vermouth (15% ABV)

    Dashes of olive brine

  • 2

    Green olives on cocktail sticks

Method

  • Preparation
    1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
    2. Add Smirnoff No.21 vodka, dry vermouth, bitters and olive brine.
    3. Stir well for 15 seconds.
    4. Strain into a chilled martini glass and add olive garnish. Enjoy.
