Preparation
- Add Vodka, Simple Syrup and Lime Juice to a Highball Glass.
- Clap Mint Leaves and add.
- Fill three-quarters with Crushed Ice and muddle.
- Top with Crushed Ice.
- Add Soda Water.
- Garnish with a Mint Sprig.
