Method
- Add Ketel One vodka, sugar syrup, lemon juice and apple juice to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
- Strain into an ice-filled collins glass using a fine mesh strainer.
- Garnish with mint and raspberries.
