The Connaught Martini
Award-winning mixologist and martini magician, Agostino Perrone shares the recipe for the famous Connaught Martini. This signature serve is elevated by theatre, as guests select their preferred in-house bitters to craft their bespoke cocktail flavour.

Method
Preparation
1. Stir vermouth and spirit over ice.
2. Strain into martini glass coated with bitters of your guest's choice.
3. Garnish with lemon zest or olives.
