A gin cocktail with the infusion of Guanabana giving a unique equatorial tropical flavor experience.

  • 50ml

    Tanqueray London Dry Gin

  • 50ml

    Clarified Guanabana

  • 25ml

    Lemon Juice

  • 25ml

    Simple Syrup

  • 25ml

    Aquafaba

  • 4Petals

    Pink Rose Petals

Method

  • Method
    1. Add 50ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin, 50ml clarified guanababa, 25ml lemon juice, 25ml simple syrup and 25ml aquafaba into a shaker.
    2. Shake for around a minute. 
    3. Strain the cocktail into the chilled Coupe glass.
    4. Remove the strainer and top the cocktail with the remaining foam from the shaker.
    5. Top with 2-3 rose petals to serve.
