A gin cocktail with the infusion of Guanabana giving a unique equatorial tropical flavor experience.

Method
Method
- Add 50ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin, 50ml clarified guanababa, 25ml lemon juice, 25ml simple syrup and 25ml aquafaba into a shaker.
- Shake for around a minute.
- Strain the cocktail into the chilled Coupe glass.
- Remove the strainer and top the cocktail with the remaining foam from the shaker.
- Top with 2-3 rose petals to serve.
