    George Dickel No.1 White Corn Whiskey

  • 10ml

    White Pepper Syrup

  • 10ml

    Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 10ml

    Cassis Liqueur

  • 15ml

    Hard Dry Cider

    Whole White Pepper Syrup Infused

  • 1

    Raspberries (Garnish)

Method

  • Preparation
    1. Place fresh Raspberries in White Pepper Syrup for at least 24 hours to flavour.
    2. Shake all ingredients except the Cider with Ice.
    3. Fine strain into a Coupe Glass.
    4. Float Cider on top.
    5. Garnish with Raspberries.
