Method
Preparation
- Place fresh Raspberries in White Pepper Syrup for at least 24 hours to flavour.
- Shake all ingredients except the Cider with Ice.
- Fine strain into a Coupe Glass.
- Float Cider on top.
- Garnish with Raspberries.
