The Hibiscus Morita
If you like to add spice to your life and to your cocktails, then you absolutely have to try a Hibiscus Morita. This is one of my favourite spicy yet sour cocktails made from Don Julio Blanco, Hibiscus, Morita chilli, lime juice and agave syrup. Delicious!

Don Julio Blanco
20ml
Lime juice
20ml
natural syrup
20ml
agave syrup
60ml
Hibiscus Morita reduction*
0 units of alcohol per serve

Method
Method
- Add all of the ingredients to a shaker
- Shake with passion
- Prepare the rim of the glass with chilli powder and salt
- Strain into the glass over ice

- Boil the hibiscus in water to produce the syrup
- Separately boil 2 pieces of Morita in 200ml water
- Blend and then strain the liquid
- Then blend one part hibiscus syrup, one part sugar and 20ml Morita juice until smooth
