A whisky sour, with a Singleton twist.

Ingredients

  • 50ml

    The Singleton

  • 20ml

    Honey syrup or honey

  • 20ml

    Lemon juice

  • 15ml

    Egg white

0 units of alcohol per serve

    Chilled coupette glass

Method

  • METHOD
    1. Dry shake all ingredients.
    2. Add ice to the tin and shake again.
    3. Strain into a chilled coupette.
    4. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

    Alcohol content: 15.8 g per serve.
