A whisky sour, with a Singleton twist.

20ml
Honey syrup or honey
20ml
Lemon juice
15ml
Egg white

Method
METHOD
- Dry shake all ingredients.
- Add ice to the tin and shake again.
- Strain into a chilled coupette.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
