Orlando kicked off his bartending career in Italy. After high school, he moved to London to fine-tune his skills in a capital famed for its lively cocktail culture. His talent behind the bar soon caught the attention of the Rushmore Group, who put him to work at the famous Milk & Honey bar and members’ club in Soho. From there, he moved to Melbourne and eventually landed himself the role of bar manager at Lûmé, where his fearless creativity helped him win World Class Australia Bartender of the Year 2018.
