Singapore Sling
The Singapore Sling was created by Ngiam Tong Boon, a bartender at the Raffles Hotel in Singapore, in 1915. It was originally designed to appeal to British colonial visitors.

Preparation
- Shake all ingredients except for the Soda and the Bitter over Ice.
- Strain into an iced Highball Glass.
- Top with a splash of Soda and one dash of Cocktail Bitters.
